Hello my name is Barbara Goodman I will be your holistic digestion health coach I am looking forward to helping you with any issues you have. Our website has many different options. I am hear to help with your health journey and guide you through the options so you can heal with confidence. Our first session will go through what medications and supplements you are using as well as adjusting your diet. The first session will take about 2 hours so if you have any of this conditions heartburn, GERD, silent flux, bloating, constipation or gallbladder issue or if the gallbladder has been removed you will begin your healing journey with me. We will also be looking for the root cause of your condition that will aid us in your healing journey every person is different so we will personalize a plan for you and your condition. We will begin with digestion if we can not digestion food or medications we can not heal so we begin with educating you on how to achieve proper digestion. Once you have achieved proper digestion you move to Felicia Goodman witch is our holistic practitioner. She will help you through your liver and adrenal cleanse, parasite cleanse as well as any other condition you have ranging from autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis cancer and many more health issues you have. My Holistic journey started with my own healing. I could not find help with our traditional Doctors and medications. Holistic treatment gave me my quality of life back so i went back to school. I attended The Institute for integrative nutrition for my holistic degree. I find great joy in helping people get there health and quality of life back.
